Social Responsibility
We consider ourselves fortunate to have the careers that we do. We also believe there are other jobs to be done.
RTCRM is a group of individuals dedicated to the greater good. Employees have been very involved in our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and are eager to introduce causes of their own.
In recognition of the many deserving causes and the diverse interests of our employees, we offer two flexible charitable work programs that allow employees up to four full days off per year to participate in the causes closest to them.
Group Efforts
Several task forces and committees have been created to incorporate the expertise and interests of individuals and departments. These include the Culture Club, the Communications Advisory Board and the Operational Efficiency Task Force.
Off The Clock
We work hard and play hard (both seem to come so easily to us). Employees have the opportunity to join several intramural sports teams, show their support rooting from the sidelines or by joining in the inevitable post-game happy hour.
RTCRM People
We’re a fun group — and we genuinely like and respect each other. So it’s no surprise that we spend a lot of time together — on the clock and off.
